The coach (or manager, etc. for the coach) goes to the web site to register the coach and completes the USFF Coach Registration Form complete with all licenses, courses, certifications, experience, etc. After completion of the form the coach selects the submit key.
The on-line registration site will ask for a $12.00 registration payment by credit card to cover registration with USFF, the Virginia Futsal Association and also to cover the cost of a background check, which is a required part of the VFA Risk Management Program. On approval of the payment for registering the coach, the coach is issued a login and password for registering the team online. Make sure to store the id and password as you will need it to use the system. The coach id is required to create a Team Record.
