Login with the Team Id at: Youth Leagues USA

  1. Login using the Team Id/Team Password
  2. At the ACCESS AUTHORIZED/Main Menu select Printing Functions (gray frame on the left of the screen)
    • At “Select an Option:” Select View/Edit Team Information
    • Press Continue Button
  3. In the View/Edit Team Information Menu:
    • At ”CATEGORY:” Select Player
    • At “State:” Select Virginia Futsal
    • At “Club:” Select All Clubs
    • At “Team:” Select Your Team from the list
    • Leave All of remaining fields as they are.
    • Press the Submit button
    • You will notice that on the right frame (white frame on the right of the screen) the Add New Record button will appear.
    • If you had previously added players, they will now be listed and can be edited.
    • As you add players, the existing players will still be visible to you.
  4. Press the Add New Record button
    1. The Player Registration form is presented.
  5. Fill in all of the required fields on the form
    • The Required fields are marked with an “*”
    • If “FUTSAL (Indoor Soccer) Experience:” is set to “Yes” then “Number of Seasons Played’ must all be filled in.
    • If “Outdoor Soccer Experience:” is set to “Yes” then “Number of Seasons Played’ must all be filled in.
    • At “You must select at least one season the player participates in (Only valid seasons selected for the team are options):”
      • Check Winter Season
      • Check Summer Season
    • Press the Submit Application button at the bottom of the form
    • Do Not Press the Return to List button unless it is your intention to loose all of the edits you have made.
    • You will either see a screen flash the record has been added or you will be presented with a pop up telling you what fields need to be filled in.
    • Once the record has been successfully added, you will automatically be returned to the list of players screen. Follow steps 4&5 as many times as you have players.

Requirements for On-Line Registration:

  • Make Sure Your Computer & Browser Meet The Following Requirements:
    • You will need current browsers
      • Internet Explorer 5.01 or newer
      • Netscape Communicator 4.08 or newer
    • Do not use Apple/Macintosh Computers to register online.
