It is the policy of the Virginia Futsal Association to maintain all information provided by teams, coaches, managers and for players in absolute confidence. No information is given, sold or otherwise provided to anyone outside of VFA, for any reason, except to officials of a law enforcement agency in the official conduct of an investigation.
VFA will on request provide a mailing label only addressed to the primary team contact, to organizations sponsoring sanctioned events of US Soccer or any member organizations of USSF; and to individuals and organizations that support VFA as sponsors, provided the labels are to be used strictly for mailing information and promotional materials strictly for the benefit of the teams to which a mailing is sent. Any team that doesn't want to receive mail from USSF or from member organizations of USSF or from sponsors can opt out by sending an E-mail request to registrar@4futsal.com.
