If you are a Virginia Futsal team in playing in Virginia:
- League is sanctioned by Virginia Futsal Association
- Follow registration process specified by the league you are playing in.
- Team is eligible to play Virginia State Cup
- League is not sanctioned by Virginia Futsal Association
- Follow the instructions for a Tournament Team
- Tournament Teams are not eligible to play Virginia State Cup
If you are a Virginia Futsal team in playing in state other than Virginia:
- League is sanctioned by the relevant State Futsal Association
- Follow the instructions for a Virginia Team playing in out of state league
- Team is eligible to play Virginia State Cup
- League is not sanctioned by the relevant State Futsal Association
- Follow the instructions for a Tournament Team
- Tournament Teams are not eligible to play Virginia State Cup
We are using a new registration process this year. The outline of the process is as follows:
- Register the coach with United States Futsal Federation (USFF)
- Coach On-Line USFF Registration
- If you have questions, follow the directions under USFF Registration for Coach’s. (It is highly recommended you read this page prior to starting the registration process.)
- You must register as a coach and get your coach ID number before being able to register a team on- line!
- Make sure that you write down the generated id and password.
- Pay by credit card. Mailing and processing the payment by check will unduly delay the registration process.
- Register the team with United States Futsal Federation (USFF)
- Team On-Line Registration
- If you have questions, follow the directions under USFF Registration for Team’s. (It is highly recommended you read this page prior to starting the registration process.)
- You must register a team and get your team ID and password before being able to add players to the team on- line!
- Make sure that you write down the generated id and password.
- Register players to a team with United States Futsal Federation (USFF)
- Player On-Line Registration
- If you have questions, follow the directions under USFF Registration for Player’s. (It is highly recommended you read this page prior to starting the registration process.)
- The player registration process is not intuitive. Please follow the directions under USFF Registration for Players.
- Mail $8 check per youth player(<= 19)/$12 per adult (> 19) to:

- Send an eMail to Registrar@4Futsal.com notifying the league registrar that you have completed the registration process.
- Virginia and DC teams must register with the state registrar Registrar@4Futsal.com
- The state registrar will print Member Passes with a team roster and mail them to the contact identified on the Team Registration form.
- Each player and coach must sign their respective Member Pass cards. The signature must be on the line above Player Signature on the back of the pass.
- A picture of each player and coach must be attached where the words “Attach Photo Here” is printed on the back of the pass.
- The registration process will be completed at the first match. Proof of age for each player must be provided. Valid proofs of age are:
- VYSA Member Pass
- Birth Certificate with a raised seal
- Passport
- Valid Military Id with a raised seal and picture
- There is an $8 charge per youth (<19) player and a $12 charge per adult (>= 19) player. This is due at this time.
- National will mail each coach a National Coaches pass that is in addition to the Member Pass.
Requirements for On-Line Registration:
- Make Sure Your Computer & Browser Meet The Following Requirements:
- You will need current browsers
- Internet Explorer 5.01 or newer
- Netscape Communicator 4.08 or newer
- Do not use Apple/Macintosh Computers to register online.
