Login with the Team Id at: Youth Leagues USA

The general way the reports work:

1. Login using the Team Id/Team Password
2. At the ACCESS AUTHORIZED/Main Menu select Printing Functions
3. You work with the left frame (left side of the screen in gray), once you have made all of your choices, press Submit to query the database and get the records that meet the report requirements and to which you have access.
4. The results will be displayed on the right frame (white part of the screen).
